This was spontaneous this morning.
Channeled message for 8/29/2012: Numerous messages have come to me this morning in regards to releasing that which no longer serves us. This can mean releasing anything from addictions and unhealthy habits to negative thought forms, energies, or toxic acquaintances. Develop new habits like eating better, getting more rest, meditation, etc. Take small steps - making any change for the better will start the ball rolling.
Those with money struggles and financial woes are about to receive a windfall or financial assistance. Your money problems are about to end, and abundance in all good things is flowing your way. I received the abundance message several times as well. Wheeeeeee!!!
How can you help this process along and keep the flow flowing? - By releasing the negative and opening to receive the positive. You must begin to get rid of negative thoughts and tapes that play in your head. Trust me, I have been there. This means that you may have to take baby steps - one thought at a time. Meditate, get some sunshine, and read affirmations and develop other positive habits to assist you in beginning or reinforcing this practice. I literally talk to myself in my head or out loud (you do it too! :)) whenever I have a negative thought, guilt or shame feelings from past issues, or if I am playing those tapes about myself that are not true. As I said, sometimes it is one thought at a time. Say something nice to yourself to counteract the negative thought form. Block that energy and infuse it with light. If I am having a really tough day with it, then I will read affirmations in books or here on Facebook pages. By the way, I also make that a regular habit even if I am feeling like a million bucks. Seeking out the good creates more good - energy is real and I have seen it work too many times.
Keep on keeping on - it is a week for that. Any questions, feel free to comment below <3
P.S. I just heard this: Sometimes releasing may simply involve crying. Everyone needs to have a good tear session occasionally.
Write something about yourself. No need to be fancy, just an overview.
