Day 2 of 21 Days of Yoga - Goddess Style. I have completed 30 minutes of Kundalini Yoga, a 5 minute session of Bandha instruction, and an 8 minute Flow Light practice. Will probably do a 50 minute session of more Kundalini later. I am feeling so light, pain free (I have Fibromyalgia), and energized. Blocks are lifting. I cried a little during the Bandhas.
